Drake Booed During Limp Bizkit Concert in Toronto

Canadian rapper Drake faced a surprising backlash during Limp Bizkit’s recent concert in his hometown. The incident occurred when the band’s frontman, Fred Durst, mentioned Drake’s presence, sparking loud boos from the audience.

Although Drake did not take the stage, the crowd’s negative reaction was evident, leaving Durst momentarily at a loss for words. He addressed the unexpected hostility by questioning the audience, “I thought Drake was your homie? What? No? Drake’s my homie.”

Despite the boos and some expletives from the crowd, Durst remained unfazed and dedicated the next song, “Take a Look Around,” to Drake, even as the atmosphere remained tense.

Limp Bizkit was in Toronto for their “Loserville” tour, which included performances by RiFF RAFF, Bones + Eddy Baker, N8NOFACE, and Corey Feldman. The lineup, not typically associated with Drake’s fanbase, may have contributed to the rapper’s chilly reception in his hometown.
