Man who m@sturb*ted on woman’s leg in broad daylight voluntarily surrenders to police

Gary A. Miles, 35, from Southwest Philadelphia, voluntarily surrendered to police after being declared wanted for allegedly m@sturbating on a woman’s leg in a Dollar Tree store on June 23, 2024. The incident occurred at 56 E. Snyder Ave, and store employees noted that Miles frequently visited the Snyder Plaza and nearby I-95 underpass.

The incident gained widespread attention after a viral video showed the victim chasing Miles out of the store, claiming he had ejaculated on her leg. Philly rapper Meek Mill offered a $2,000 reward for information on the suspect via Twitter.

Hours later, Philadelphia police announced Miles’ surrender, expressing gratitude to the public for their assistance in locating him.
