Biafra Leader Alleges Multiple Assassination Attempts
Simon Ekpa, the leader of the Biafra Government In-Exile, has alleged several assassination attempts on his life, with the latest involving a suicide bomber reportedly sent from Abuja to Finland.
Ekpa made this claim in a statement on his official X handle on Tuesday. He asserted that this marks the fifth attempt on his life amidst his ongoing efforts for Biafra’s liberation.
According to Ekpa, the alleged suicide bomber had departed from Abuja airport and was en route to Finland. He emphasized that his team is closely monitoring the situation.
“Sending suicide bombers to Finland to attack Simon Ekpa is their last option and they just departed from Abuja airport. We are tracking them from the moment they left Abuja to their next destination,” Ekpa stated.
Ekpa reassured his followers of his commitment to Biafra’s independence, despite these threats. “I remain committed to Biafra Independence. This is your fifth attempt; you are now sending terrorists to Europe. If you know this man called Simon Ekpa, you will stop sleeping,” he warned.
