Despite President Bola Tinubu’s request to halt all protests, #Endbadgovernance demonstrators were seen waving Russian flags near the Nyanya bridge in Abuja on Monday.
This trend, first noticed in Kano on the initial day of the protest, resurfaced as protesters disregarded a 24-hour curfew on Saturday to call for Russian President Vladimir Putin’s intervention in Nigeria’s affairs.
The protesters, expressing distrust in Tinubu’s administration, are appealing for Putin’s involvement to address their grievances.
