Victor Osimhen’s agent, Roberto Calenda, has refuted claims about a possible loan transfer to Chelsea.
Earlier on Tuesday, The Athletic reported that Chelsea is negotiating a loan deal for Osimhen, which includes an option to buy. The report also suggested that Belgium international Romelu Lukaku would move to Napoli permanently as part of the arrangement.
Calenda quickly dismissed these reports, stating, “I read about ‘fantasy exchanges’ with Victor… as if he was a package to be delivered quickly,” he wrote on X. “This package is the top scorer of the third Scudetto in Napoli’s history. Respect and stop fake news!”
