A’Ibom Broadcast Journalist Breaks Guinness World Records in Radio Talk Show
Peters Buhari has emerged the current holder of Guinness World Records as the longest Radio presenter by an individual.
Buhari exceeded the records earlier achieved by a Japanese, Taishi Masuoka who hosted a radio talk show at the Osaka Matsubara Internet Broadcasting radio station in Japan, from 24 to 27 August, 2017.
Buhari, who is a broadcast journalist with Heritage Radio 109.4 FM, has attempted to break Guinness World Records of 137 Hours, the longest marathon hosting a radio talk show by an individual.
The event which commenced on Sunday 17 March, 2024, have featured different conversations on topical issues and will continue toll Sunday, 23 March, 2024.
