Confident England Fan Who Gets ‘Euro 2024 Winners’ Tattoo Before Match Even Begins Cries Out

In a bold show of support, Dan Thomas, a 29-year-old data consultant from Swindon, Wiltshire, has tattooed “England Euro 2024 Winners” on his leg just days before the Euro final against Spain. Thomas, convinced of England’s victory in Berlin on Sunday, spent two and a half hours at Reign Barbers and Tattoos getting the UEFA European Championship trophy inked on his left thigh.

The tattoo session occurred on Thursday, following England’s triumphant win over the Netherlands, which secured their spot in the final. Thomas expressed no regrets about the large tattoo, confidently predicting a 2-1 win for England in extra time.

“I’m pretty confident. I think it will happen. I wouldn’t have got it done if I didn’t think it would happen,” Thomas stated. He also shared his hope that Eberechi Eze, his favorite player, would score in the match.

Reign Barbers and Tattoos has seen a surge in business due to Thomas’s tattoo, especially after struggling during the Covid-19 pandemic. The shop owner noted an increase in bookings, particularly from fans wanting haircuts before the big game.

While another fan, Mr. Wilkinson, believes the match will end in a penalty shootout, he admits he isn’t as certain as Thomas and wouldn’t get a similar tattoo. Nonetheless, the Euros have provided a significant boost for the barbershop, with numerous customers inspired by Thomas’s confident gesture.
