Chelsea striker Mason Burstow has left Enzo Maresca’s side to join Championship side Hull City on a permanent transfer.
The Blues made this known in a statement via their website on Friday, ahead of their Premier League clash with Manchester City on Sunday.
“Mason Burstow has completed a permanent transfer to Championship side Hull City,” Chelsea’s statement read.
“We wish Mason the very best as he begins the next chapter in his football journey and would like to thank him for his efforts throughout his time at the club.”
Burstow joined Chelsea from Charlton Athletic in January 2022.
The 21-year-old spent the remainder of that season on loan with the Addicks in League One.
Burstow was included in Chelsea’s senior squad under Maresca for their pre-season tour of the USA.
He scored against Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund and earned his first-team debut away at West Ham United in August 2023.
