So many controversies in the grant ecosystem as the disbursement of the UAAG grant is still pending following due processes observed by the grant heads in preparation for an appropriate disbursement process. Speculations have sparked that the delay in the grant disbursement is due to NO FUNDs for disbursement.
Just so, the grant subscribers in the ecosystem wrote:
"From the recent VN released by Mr. Ustauz Dawood, you do not need any soothsayer to tell you that all is still not well at the center...
"This is not a healthy development at all if we must make a breakthrough in what we are pursuing. This VN will definitely generate another round of confusion and problems that may cause further damage to our expectations beyond redemption.
"It speaks so much volumes for Ustauz Dawood to jump out as usual from nowhere and totally condemn the outcome of yesterday's meeting with no visible sound reason. His deliberate absence from the meeting also showed divided solidarity in the struggle between AGPGN and UAAG otherwise he would not spoken the way he did.
"In fact, his constant repetition of past and present proceeds from extortions in the grant community by some leaders is evidence that they are still so embittered with these people who are possibly facilitating the ongoing grant process. And that can spoil things further if nothing is done quickly to restore the aftermath replies on his VN, especially from the UAAG axis.
"If you ask me, Mr. Ustauz Dawood VN is also absolutely unnecessary just like he slammed the last meeting of UAAG. All that he said, if you picked the lines, was not in any way different from what AKN said. To me, AKN was explicit in his address while Dawood came from a heavily biased angle and spoke more emotionally than being objective and clear to the point.
"There was flying unconfirmed information that inflicted so many problems in the community that needed clarifications from UAAG. This same meeting provided ample opportunity for the confusion to be adequately and comprehensively addressed by the CD. Madam Jennifer also in one of her VN told us that Apostle Ken will let us know the arrangements when he comes on air. Grateful, that the meeting was able to put paid on all the knotty issues that were raised.
"If Mr. Dawood can come to the air and condemn all that transferred in this same meeting yesterday with a wave of the left hand then he has so much up his sleeves to tell the teeming subscribers of UAAG about what he knows that is not helping the system. We need to know, it is critical to success!
"This cult of secrecy in the grant community must be destroyed by all means if we must get it right in grant affairs in Nigeria. From my deductions of Mr. Dawood VN, it is very clear that AGPGN still has a score to settle with UAAG. My worry is the aspect that we have heard from the source itself that the *"New Grant With Masquerade Face"* was sourced by AGPGN.
"We demand, as a way to kill the cult of secrecy and promote the ideals of transparency and accountability in the community let the parties concerned tell us what we need to know so that we can all put our heads together to produce lasting solutions. The earlier the better!
Disbursement of UAAG must take place as soon as possible no matter the circumstances.
