As President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration approaches its first anniversary on May 29, 2024, a series of projects will be commissioned to mark this significant milestone.
President Tinubu departed Abuja for Lagos on Saturday to commence the inauguration of various projects completed under his leadership. According to a statement released by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser on Information and Strategy to the President, the commissioning events will kick off on Sunday.
On Sunday, President Tinubu will inaugurate the newly constructed concrete-paved road leading to the nation's primary ports in Apapa and Tin Can Island. This project, initially started during the Muhammadu Buhari administration, was financed by the Dangote Group through tax credits under Tinubu's administration.
Additionally, the President will virtually inaugurate the refurbished Third Mainland Bridge on the same day, further highlighting the achievements of his first year in office.
