Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a citizen or have refugee status in an eligible Commonwealth country or be a British Protected Person
- Be a permanent resident in an eligible Commonwealth country
- Have at least five years of relevant work experience by the start of the fellowship
- Be employed at the time of application and return to their organization post-fellowship
- Provide at least two references, including one from their current employer
- Not have undertaken a Commonwealth Professional Fellowship in the past five years
- Be available for the fellowship's start date
- Not be pursuing academic research or study (academic management programs are allowed)
Benefits
Fellowships last between six weeks and three months starting in February 2025. Benefits include:

- Visa fee reimbursement
- Monthly stipend of £2,057 or £2,553 for London-based fellows
